I take my 2 dogs to Petsakes to get groomed by Laura. It is nice to be greeted at the door when you go in and ask for any help finding anything. When it get to the grooming area, Laura is usually there waiting for us. I do not need to say my name she knows my dogs and I by name. My dogs have serious anxiety and she is the only one that has not had issues grooming them. They enjoy seeing Laura. Thanks for all the good work!

We bought one of their cat towers. They are built way more sturdy than all the others you see at the name brand pet stores. Our cats had worn out their previous one which had become extremely wobbly. Knowing this one will last a lot longer made it worth the price.

I needed a new dog food brand and figured i would support local instead of the typical corporate stores. i was greeted with a very polite and helpful girl. she asked me what i was looking for and also helped me pick out the best kind of dog food!! she set me up on a different rewards program without me even asking! I will definitely keep shopping here! i recommend it for its items but also the care the employees have. they actually care about you and your pets!! 10/10! Thank you!!
